Banana Optifast Shakes
Hi Gang The Banana Optifast shakes are available here in NSW. I have only seen them in the 8 pack. I brought them other day in Sydney at Priceline Pharmacy and Blooms Pharmacy will have them in shortly. I reckon they taste great. Cheers

Couple of questions: Do protein shakes and/or Greek yoghurt cause stools to be hard and/or constipation? Im training/rehabilitating from a back and foot injury (as well as this AF thing) and I drink about 40-50 grams of protein per day in protein

What were your opinions on using Atkins Shakes instead of Optifast for pre-op, fast rapid weight loss? I know doctors recommendations can be biased and are influenced by the $ of Pharmaceutical marketing. I do not really like some of Nestlés
