Eggs in your hair REALLY!

Okay some i hear it is good to put egg in your hair for protein
how do i go about doing this??
i have no clue as to where to start Very Happy

I know a lady that mixes kefir, raw eggs, coffee and some oil all together and applies topically. She swears by this recipe. kefir = beneficial bacteria and anti inflammation coffee = caffeine but, what could the raw egg topically be doing?
I mostly eat hard boiled eggs, been eating the whole egg and was thinking if one would benefit more from eating only the yolk , or only the white - any thought on this?
I was searching and did not come up with much. How are eggs (chicken) cooked by any means hard boiled, overeasy, scrambled, etc. The chickens are home grown at our farm, all veggie diet, no hormones.

I eat 2 eggs for breakfast every single day, and I'm wondering if over time this will increase my cholesterol too much. I'm at a loss for other healthy whole protein alternatives for breakfast. Turkey is always good, but usually in eggs- ie. an omleette.
