The truth about Keratin treatments???

Ladies I hope that you will all forgive the natural sceptic in me but I am deeply suspicious of all the raving I'm reading about these so called Keratin treatments which have the ability to straighten your hair (if that is what you want) or coat the hair with deep conditioning effects so that the curl is retained but the frizz is either eliminated or significantly reduced.
