CS 15 months traning

hi....
i am cs executive student .i had heard a that 15 months traning for CS course has been changed to 3 years and student registration to professional after august 2012 will have to undergo traning for 3 years .....is this true...i had searched ICSI website there is no such information ...i am confused ..plz help
