I have recently completed three months on LighterLife Lite plan (3 foodpacks a day and one balanced meal) and I lost 2 stone 2lbs.
I just came across this website tonight... and wondered what to do....
So can I just do 4 foodpacks a day? Or do something similar to LL and do 3 foodpacks a day and a meal. Is there suggestions of what meals you can have? On LL you had to weigh out some protein and had vegeta
