Bread and it's alternatives.

Are there any types of bread which can be consumed without any detrimental effects to our hair and health?. Bread is a staple in my diet and I find it hard to avoid it. Are there any alternatives?.

Best somewhat healthy bread?

Because I really like it and am addicted,or occasionally have a craving for it which type would be the most healthy causing the least insulin spikes(I could possibly make my own if there are no specific brands) low carb,rye,oat,potato, or any other types?
