I love chips and salsa, but they are all cooked in some kind of veg oil. Do I just have to avoid them, or is there such a thing as a healthy tortilla chip? I think coconut oil would be the best, but they don't use it.
I'm guessing antioxidants is my best bet. CS says 300-600mg ALA, and 1,000mg ALC on healthyfixx. Does it need to be that high? I usually take 150mg ALA and 500mg ALC.
