Black spots on rear molar
I have had a black spot on my furthest rear molar for a while now (1.5 years). i started using baking soda, salt water and natural toothpaste about 8 months ago and the spot seems to have gotten worse. It looks like there is another spot forming on the same molar as well. My molar gums have a receded a bit as well. Are these black spots cavities in formation? Ive also been taking k2, mag oil, and doing some oill pulling as well. Seems like my teeth have
