Ive heard arguments saying that the spots dont have hairs coming out of them and also that they do . After looking at mine closely under the light they most definitely Do have very tiny hairs coming directly out of the spots, my question therefore is that

Is there any way to tell if shed hair is miniaturized hair or a new hair coming in? What do new hairs coming in exactly look like? Everyone once in a while i see an extremely short hair shed, maybe a few millimeters long, but it is very thick and dark.
