Processed foods cause hair loss?



... I have tried this a couple of times now over the last year:

I stop eating all processed foods, especially processed meat products and gluten breads/cerals. And then a couple of weeks pass
without any change, and then suddenly overnight my hair justr starts to "feel better" .. volume increases, it covers better, it feels
soft, excessive dryness in the scalp goes away .. I enjoy my hair for awh
