Vegan diet has helped me! Only one "small" problem....

After being on a vegan diet for a few weeks, I've seen a remarkable decrease in negative symptoms. I am able to sleep for 8-10 hours without having to get up to use the bathroom (I used to go 2-3 times a night!).
