Hey guys,
I've been drinking the Kefir from Trader Joe's for the past couple of weeks. My wife & I really like it. I'm just curious if I still need to supplement with a probiotic daily if I drinking 4-8oz of Kefir daily?
Thoughts?
Is it ok to get Trader Joes kefir, or is it really that much worse than homemade? I have no access to raw milk (obviously better for kefir), so I just use pasteurized milk. Is it comparable?
Well, after chickening out of kefir a while back (I attempted to make both water and dairy, and kinda didn't fully get on with either at the time - guess it was all a bit new!), I have decided to give it another blast!

5 ml onion juice

Well, we all know about the benefit of kefir as a probiotic.
