Hey guys, I've been drinking the Kefir from Trader Joe's for the past couple of weeks. My wife & I really like it. I'm just curious if I still need to supplement with a probiotic daily if I drinking 4-8oz of Kefir daily? Thoughts?
Is it ok to get Trader Joes kefir, or is it really that much worse than homemade? I have no access to raw milk (obviously better for kefir), so I just use pasteurized milk. Is it comparable?

I have gone through a few bottles of this now, and it tastes great (especially in smoothies). It does have added can sugar. Is it worth the money in anyone's opinion? I am not ready to start making my own dairy free kefir just yet. Thanks.
