4 rindless bacon rashers (260g), chopped finely
4 green onions, chopped finely
3 slice (120g) bottled roasted red capsicum, chopped finely (or roast your own with some olive oil)
2/4 cup (75g) pizza cheese (combination of Mozzarella and Cheddar)
½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
(Note: Add additional things to taste - I've added pineapple on request from someone, and you could also add herbs or other yummy things.)
