Dizzy spells

Hiya everyone
I hope this question finds you all happy and well !!
I was sleeved on the 19th of May and have lost 4 stone so far (56 pounds), the only side affects I have had so far is hair loss and im bloody freezing all the time !!.
anyhoo about 2-3 weeks ago I started to feel dizzy, its getting worse. Everytime I get up from sitting down (even off the toilet) and from laying down I get really dizzy and head rushey ( hope this makes sense) it passes
