Fissurectomy??

Hello-

Eight weeks ago I had a fissurectomy and hemmoroidectomy. It was tough the 2 weeks post surgery, but I felt pretty good at three weeks. I have a strenuous, outdoors job and I was back to work and doing pretty well. The last two weeks, however, I feel like I have stopped healing and may have even reinjured myself. I'm bleading, it hurts after a BM, and there is a good amount of discharge. I've been trying Aleve, Ibuprofen, etc. and nothing seem
