I'M back from cambridge diet!
hey hoy! i am back ladies (and gents)
i finally gave up on SW last may and gave the Cambridge diet a go and lost a whopping 4st by xmas. have been hanging on to that since BUT still have 2 st to go to my goal and want to eat!!!!! so i am just working my way up the plans and will finish cambridge in a few weeks and will then follow SW (but far smaller portion sizes than i was having before!) and hopefully will fall off
